I wanted to bring something to people that they don't always find just anywhere.  I wanted quality products along with foods that are well known and liked but not always found.  Our truck has something for everyone.  We are One Sweet Food Truck. We serve Sandwiches, Desserts, Snacks and Drinks.  Come try our fried bologna sandwich or a Bavarian pretzel or even have a Root Beer Float but don't forget to get the Apple Dumpling.

My first food job years ago had me cooking and serving guests and that soon took me to being a Manager at Shoney's Restaurant.  I have been in the food industry for 12 years along with Casino Management.  In the Casino I always learned it is about Customer Service.  As I was at my most recent job in Cosi as the Food Operations Manager and I always had an infatuation for Food Trucks.  Well at Cosi they have many food truck events just outside and I would always see how busy they were.  I have always wanted to work for myself and have a business that will grow and take off and that I can make my own.  I put many thoughts into the color, design and even the menu.  I didn't want to follow the traditional BBQ or Taco trucks.  No Black or White or even Red truck for me.   I wanted something that stands out and can be seen and remembered.  So with a colorful design and food that you don't always find, my dream came true.  So help me follow my dream and grow my business to one of The Best Food Trucks out there.  With us you will always get great customer service and even better food.  We hope to serve you soon.
